Are you ready to shape new Payment Fraud Services from idea to market launch?
As Senior Product Manager Payment Fraud Services, you develop innovative solutions for banks and financial institutions together with customers and interdisciplinary teams. You connect customer needs, business and technology and drive the further development of our Fraud Service portfolio.
These are your tasks
- You are responsible for selected Payment Fraud Services around cards, TWINT and ATM from market opportunity to further development
- You prioritise product initiatives and ensure their successful implementation
- You identify customer needs and market opportunities and develop new products and services from them
- You position and launch new Fraud Services and support Account Management in customer activities
- You develop scalable, marketable Fraud Services and business models together with internal and external partners
What you bring with you
- Several years of experience in Product Management, Product Development or Business Development, ideally in the financial environment
- Experience in developing and successfully launching products or services
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as the ability to translate market opportunities into concrete solutions
- Strong analytical skills, ownership and a high focus on implementation
- Very good German and English skills as well as enjoyment in working with customers and interdisciplinary teams
