Polymechanic as Toolmaker in Stamping and Forming Technology with High Personal Responsibility
Activities
- Maintaining, servicing and repairing stamping and fine blanking tools
- Analysing and resolving wear and quality issues with tools
- Assembling, adjusting and optimising tool components
- Manufacturing and adapting spare and individual parts
- Ensuring high tool availability and process reliability
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of tools and manufacturing processes
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a toolmaker or polymechanic with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a toolmaker or in a comparable role
- Manual dexterity
- Responsible and able to work in a team
- Independent and very precise working method
