Operations Assistant

About the job

We are looking for a motivated operations assistant with solid experience in the recycling, construction, or industrial sectors. As an active member of our team, you will contribute to developing innovative, efficient, and sustainable approaches in our operations.

• Welcoming and guiding users
• Checking and receiving waste
• Managing sorting
• Monitoring waste volumes and their processing
• Transport and disposal
• General maintenance of the recycling centre
• Monitoring and updating documentation
• Store logistics
• Managing aluminium cans
• Compliance with safety rules and environmental standards

• Basic training (recycler, locksmith, mechanic)
• Good knowledge of metals
• Knowledge of construction machinery
• Driving licence for forklift and machinery
• Spoken and written French
• Willingness to work on Saturdays 
• Friendly contact with customers
• Stress resistance, even in busy situations
• Flexibility
• Organisational skills
• Careful handling of entrusted operational equipment
