We are looking for a Health Specialist 50-100% with or without an additional vocational training function immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks- Ensuring holistic care and support
- Taking on the role of primary care contact person
- Shaping the daily life of the people entrusted to us, taking into account individual needs and the social environment
- Planning and coordinating daily tasks as the person responsible for the day
- Performing nursing and medical-technical activities
- Advising, accompanying, and qualifying trainees in the residential area
- Implementing and leading the vocational pedagogical approach of LAG (Learning and Working Groups)
- Completed training as a Health Specialist (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in long-term care
- Completed vocational trainer course (40 hours) or willingness to attend it
- Enjoy working with trainees
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Committed personality who wants to help shape and take responsibility
- You appreciate elderly people and can convey trust and security through your cheerful and reliable personality
You can expect a varied range of tasks from caring for people with dementia to complex medical-technical care to accompanying dying people. You will be involved in interdisciplinary collaboration within the house and with external stakeholders.
