About the job
In our Customer Support team, we work together to ensure that customers and advisors receive quick, competent, and reliable support regarding investment, pillar 3a, and vested benefits products. You bring a strong customer focus, take responsibility for coordination across interfaces, and ensure that inquiries are resolved sustainably.
Your area of responsibility
- The Service Center is the contact point for customers of investment & foundation products as well as for Swiss Life customer advisors. Together with the team, you ensure availability to customers and advisors during opening hours.
- You competently and solution-orientedly answer technical questions about investment and foundation products in writing and by phone, supporting the team in the daily handling of various customer and advisor concerns.
- Furthermore, you check applications and product mutations for correctness and completeness according to specifications, record them in the systems after verification to ensure timely execution.
- In addition to daily business, you take on various tasks related to regulatory requirements or quality assurance together with the team and participate in projects/initiatives.
- You prioritize inquiries and coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, operations, product management, compliance) as well as with external processing and banking partners.
Your strengths
- You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification; ideally in the banking or insurance environment.
- You have several years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a comparable customer-oriented function.
- As a team-oriented personality, you convince with strong communication skills, high customer orientation, and a professional and service-conscious demeanor even in demanding situations.
- High commitment and performance readiness as well as a structured way of working characterize you; even under high workload, you keep an overview, work solution-oriented, and ensure careful and efficient task completion.
- You are confident in using common IT applications (e.g., CRM, ticketing or banking systems, as well as MS Office); additionally, you communicate fluently in German and Italian, French skills are an advantage.
