What you bring

• Completed vocational training (EFZ), preferably in a travel agency or hotel industry
• Work experience: 2–3 years in tourism
• German (business fluent), English (fluent), French (advantageous), Italian (advantageous)
• Good knowledge of the common MS Office suite
• Team player, high service orientation, flexibility and resilience
• Enjoyment in dealing with people as well as a high degree of initiative
• General craft understanding and skill

What you achieve

• General office administration
• Active sales- and customer-oriented advice by telephone and at the counter
• Coordination and scheduling of apartment and laundry cleaning
• Preparation and handling of key handovers and returns with customers
• Assistance in the care of apartment owners
• Ensuring a high level of service quality towards customers and owners
• On-call duty
