Responsibilities
• Assist the purchasing and logistics team in the daily management of stocks and deliveries.
• Participate in the preparation of internal requests and follow-up of supplier orders
• Contribute to the reception, qualitative and quantitative control of goods
• Help with organizing and maintaining the cleanliness of storage areas
• Ensure the application of internal procedures related to orders and stocks
• Participate in monthly inventories and updating tracking documents
Profile sought
• Student enrolled in a recognized training institution validated by the CCNT
• Interest in stock management and the hotel environment
• Comfortable with office tools (Word, Excel); knowledge of hotel software is a plus
• Organized, rigorous, and with good analytical skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Versatile, curious, and motivated to learn
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
