• You analyse processes and business requirements, take on business requirements engineering, and are actively involved in the testing phase.

• You have a passion for business analysis and requirements engineering, ideally with experience in a large corporate environment, and are familiar with common modelling and description standards (e.g. BPMN, UML, use case and user story notation). A certification as a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer (IREB or equivalent) is an advantage.
• You approach new topics in a structured way, can quickly grasp complexity, and deliver high-quality results.
• You seek sustainable solutions, question the status quo, and are courageous, creative, and pragmatic.
• You have a good technical understanding and enjoy collaborating with software developers.
• Experience with CX/UX design and working in agile teams is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is also beneficial.
• Openness to new technologies, especially artificial intelligence, and a willingness to utilise their potential.
• Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
