For the Social Assistance Administration team, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- First point of contact for our clients at the counter and on the phone
- Co-responsible for the entire administrative area of the Social Counselling Intake administration
- Mail processing and correspondence management
- Support and take on various other exciting administrative and organisational tasks in the different areas of Social Assistance Administration (counselling, health insurance, authorities)
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Preferably further training in social insurance
- Good IT skills, ideally including Tutoris
- Service-oriented, precise and independent working style
- Honest and transparent personality as well as strong team player
- Empathy for people in difficult life situations
- Desire to make a difference and help shape things
