ICT Business Supporter
For 100 years, Louis Ditzler AG has been producing and distributing frozen vegetables, frozen fruits, and chestnut specialties throughout Switzerland. As a market-leading production company, we support our regional cultivation partners from sowing to harvest and focus our efforts on sustainable production. Our offering is complemented by selected fruit raw materials, for example for yogurt or ice cream.
We are looking for a competent
IT Business Supporter
immediately or by agreement in Möhlin/AG
Your main tasks:
- Point of contact for user inquiries within the framework of 1st level support, including coordination of 2nd and 3rd level support
- System maintenance and updates not covered by the service partner
- Support function in IT project work
- Coordination and processing of tickets in the areas of system errors, user problems, and inquiries from Comarch ERP
- Mutual knowledge transfer with the business
- Installing and maintaining workstation systems, peripheral devices, and mobile devices
Our requirements profile:
- Completed vocational training in the IT field
- Professional experience in IT first-level support
- Practical experience with ticketing systems as well as standard IT tools and processes
- Service orientation (customer and service focus)
- Practical experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining IT workstations, peripheral devices, and mobile end devices
- Resilient and solution-oriented
- Strong team ability
