To strengthen our marketing team in Zurich and Olten, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist (60-80%, temporary, 3-6 months) to start immediately
YOUR MISSION
- You support us in daily marketing administration
- You align our documentation with our corporate design (CI/CD)
- You design flyers, invitations, and other print media
- You manage customer logins and process client feedback
- You coordinate flyer orders for our client companies
- You assist in managing contract and offer templates
- You actively help with various shipping campaigns
- You support the organization of trade fairs, customer events, or health days
YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- Training in commercial, creative, or marketing-related fields or comparable practical experience. Initial marketing experience is desirable.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office applications
- Native (Swiss) German as well as very good English skills, French is an advantage
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign) is an advantage
- Enjoyment in creating video content (including editing) is an advantage
- Teamwork, resilience, and flexibility
- Independent, responsible, and reliable working style
- You keep an overview even with multiple tasks
