Job Description
Your Work Environment
Our interdisciplinary ward focuses on reconstructive surgery. We care for patients after plastic-reconstructive procedures, for example following tumour diseases, accidents or chronic wounds. The working environment is characterised by high nursing competence, individual care and interdisciplinary exchange.
Your Tasks
- Comprehensive professional nursing and care of patients
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing measures according to the nursing process
- Close interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, therapists and other specialist areas
- Support and guidance of trainees and students in the nursing field
- Active participation in the further development of nursing quality and internal processes
Qualifications
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
- Professional experience in acute care, ideally with knowledge in reconstructive surgery
- Sense of responsibility, high social competence and ability to work in a team
- Enjoyment of a dynamic working environment with changing demands
- Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous further education
