Your tasks

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you design, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns with a focus on e-commerce and product sales. You are responsible for Shopping and Performance Max campaigns and have a solid understanding of product data feeds and the Google Merchant Center.

With data-driven analyses, you track campaign performance, derive optimization measures, and present your recommendations clearly and understandably to clients and stakeholders – always with the goal of measurably increasing online sales.

You..

• have at least 2 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on e-commerce and Google Ads
• are very familiar with product data feeds, Google Shopping, Performance Max, and the Google Merchant Center
• work confidently with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools
• interpret KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate confidently and derive optimizations from them
• master German at C2 level and speak English fluently; ideally, you have completed studies in marketing, communication, business, or a comparable field
