About the job

From May 11, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed personality as Case Administration Specialist (80%)

Your tasks:

Recording, managing, and continuously updating data in the case management software
Obtaining required documents and data as per assignment
Handling correspondence
Preparing and sending decisions including filing
Creating invoices and reminders
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Appointment coordination for meetings
Reception
Substitution for telephone service

Your profile:

Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ
Ideally professional experience in the field of child and adult protection or in public administration
Good IT skills
Confidence in written and spoken language
Independent, precise, and efficient working style
Mental resilience, flexibility as well as humor and teamwork skills
