The Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is an inter-cantonal reference hospital, bringing together more than 2,000 employees. The Rennaz Hospital Center has more than 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by two Geriatrics and Rehabilitation Clinics as well as two medical on-call services. The Administrative and Financial Directorate is looking for a:
Head of Management Analysis Department M/F at 100%
The main missions of this position are
- Supervise and support a team of specialists.
- Coordinate and develop the service sectors, namely medico-economic analysis, management control, and analytical accounting.
- Participate in the development, monitoring, and implementation of the hospital's strategic plan.
- Contribute to the development of cross-functional solutions with high added value to improve the financial situation and optimize institutional processes.
- Identify levers for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a relationship of trust and partnership with all senior managers of the institution.
- Prepare and monitor the financial and analytical operating budget.
- Maintain the REKOLE® certification of analytical accounting.
- Be a reference for the pairs (doctor and head nurse) of various services by supporting them with the necessary indicators for managing their service.
- Collaborate with cantonal authorities within the framework of financial monitoring.
We require
- A higher education degree in economics and/or management analysis.
- Proven experience in management control and cost analysis.
- Proficiency in a Business Intelligence tool (Tableau) and knowledge of an ERP (Opale) is desired.
- Analytical and organizational skills, as well as a sense of responsibility.
- Experience in team management and project management.
