Clerk Purchasing and Sales 100%

Your tasks include:

  • Checking transport invoices
  • Processing consignment warehouse (shipping including invoicing)
  • Invoice control including invoice verification
  • Processing stock of operating and auxiliary materials
  • Creating import and export documents
  • Checking and assigning customs documents, requesting if necessary
  • Processing of drop shipment business externally
  • General administrative work in purchasing and sales
  • Ensuring the administrative order process in purchasing and sales
  • Maintaining master data, including price and condition maintenance
  • Various control and statistical tasks
  • Deputizing, support, and assistance in a team of four
  • Continuously reviewing and improving processes

Our requirements are:

  • Completed commercial training, preferably in the industrial sector
  • Technical understanding
  • Good IT skills in Excel and Word, experience with ERP system is an advantage
  • Reliability and independence
  • Precise, efficient working method
  • Resilience, flexibility
