• Preparing various cold and hot menus in accordance with the nutritional guidelines of the Cantonal Hospital St.Gallen
• Providing daily meals of impeccable quality and quantity for patients, staff, and guests
• Rotating duties in production, preparation, and plating of patient meals at the food distribution belt
• Assisting in all kitchen operations

What You Bring to This Position

• Completed federal professional training as a diet cook or cook
• At least two years of relevant professional experience
• Interest in nutritional issues to ensure optimal nutrition for our patients
• Team-oriented, reliable, and resilient personality
• Ambition and interest in deepening/extending your expertise and contributing new ideas
