- You accompany and care for our residents individually, competently and appreciatively
- You independently and professionally carry out nursing, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- You actively shape the everyday life of our residents and take on domestic tasks if required
- You contribute together with the team to a high quality of care and support
What you bring with you
- Training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Empathy, team spirit and a positive, appreciative attitude
- Good IT user skills; BESA experience is an advantage
