Service Technician Customer Service (a) 80-100% | Solothurn Area

Your daily work:

• You are the direct contact person for our customers and conduct consultations, measurements, repairs, and warranty work 
• You ensure the professional, clean, and timely installation of Coral shower partitions and handle complaints carefully and competently with your customer-oriented approach
• Independently managing your customer orders and working responsibly brings you joy
• In addition, you will perform other administrative tasks, such as creating weekly reports and billing, and reliably take over the representation of your colleagues during absences due to vacation 

What is important to us:

• You have completed training in the industrial sector or in construction and bring practical skills
• With your structured and organized way of working, you always have your orders in view and are used to working with MS Office tools
• You speak fluent German, preferably have knowledge of French, and live in the Solothurn/Grenchen region
• Your flexible and dynamic personality with a high level of service readiness rounds off your profile
