- Answering incoming calls on behalf of the client
- Providing information about the product or service with the goal of resolving the customer's concern
- Supporting customers in various service and product segments
- Email processing after thorough training and onboarding phase
- The enthusiasm of our customers rewards you for your efforts
- Completed commercial vocational training is an advantage
- Flair for accounting (bookkeeping)
- Swiss German as mother tongue
- Very good German and Italian skills (written and spoken)
- Good PC user skills
- Support / call center experience
- Strong customer orientation
- Communicative, team player, reliable, and conscientious

- Starting salary of CHF 4,519.-. The salary is paid 12 times per year.
