HR Specialist Social Security m/f/d

This is you:

• In this versatile key role, you are responsible for social, health, and accident insurance including internal and external interfaces.
• You support employees and managers with professional competence and sensitivity in all social security topics (illness, accident, pregnancy, disability insurance, retirement) and are an important interface for the P&C Business Partner team.
• You create reports, monitor KPIs, and derive improvement measures for the Social Security Management process.
• You manage the offerings of our Occupational Health Management (BGM) and participate in HR projects.

• Committed, communicative, and trustworthy personality with a passion for social security topics and a holistic perspective
• Proactive team player with a high service and solution orientation and a structured way of working
• High social competence and enjoyment in supporting and assisting employees in difficult life or work situations
• Commercial training and experience in an HR role – ideally in the social security environment.
• Knowledge in social security, IT affinity (SAP-HCM and MS Office)
• Very good German and English skills
