The district capital Dietikon is a lively regional centre and an important economic location in the rapidly growing Limmattal. The fifth largest city in the canton of Zurich has around 28,000 inhabitants and counts about 3,100 pupils. 

The Dietikon school currently comprises six school units. It has many years of experience in the field of special education and integration.

The Steinmürli school unit is located in the centre of Dietikon, within short walking distance to Dietikon station. At this lively QUIMS school we teach kindergarten and primary classes as well as a small class. An optional daycare complements the offer. This school unit works according to the educational concept of the new authority according to Haim Omer.

From 01.08.2026 or by arrangement we are looking to complete our team

• Working hours during school weeks: Monday to Friday 11 am to 6 pm
• Co-design of school-complementary care and leisure activities for children
• Leading children's groups
• Collaboration with management, team and teachers
• Contact with parents
• Household and administrative tasks
• Implementation of the educational concept of the Dietikon school

• Diploma as a care specialist or early childhood educator, EDK-recognised diploma for this field or an equivalent professional qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a group leader and in the care of kindergarten children
• Fluent German skills
• Flexible, resilient and open personality
• Respectful communication and ability to work in a team
