About the job
What you can achieve
- Co-development and implementation of strategic HR topics and initiatives for the department
- Advising executives at department and clinic level on all personnel-related matters as well as recruitment of management positions
- Leading and participating in cross-departmental HR projects and actively supporting organisational and transformation initiatives
- Controlling and analysing HR key figures to derive and implement effective measures in close cooperation with the line management
- Ensuring professional HR services throughout the entire employee journey (personnel planning, remuneration, talent management, culture and organisational development)
What you bring with you
- University or university of applied sciences degree (e.g. in business administration or psychology) or comparable qualification with specialised training in human resources management
- Several years of professional experience in advising and supporting senior management, ideally in healthcare
- Sound operational HR knowledge as well as experience in leadership, organisation and change management
- Service-oriented personality with strong communication skills and consulting competence
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style as well as high solution orientation
