- You share responsibility for creating new infrastructure concepts
- You provide 2nd-level support for users and clients
- You share responsibility for managing and updating the knowledge base in the area of systems and operations
- You resolve 3rd-level incidents
- You have already gained valuable experience in support or system technology
- You have good knowledge in the areas of Windows Server, Windows SQL Server, Windows 10, Active Directory and VMware
- Additionally, initial experience in networking is desirable
- You enjoy cross-departmental teamwork and have a structured and precise way of working
- You have very good German and good English skills
Responsibilities

Profile
- You have completed an IT apprenticeship (EFZ) or have comparable professional experience- You have already gained valuable experience in support or system technology
- You have good knowledge in the areas of Windows Server, Windows SQL Server, Windows 10, Active Directory and VMware
- Additionally, initial experience in networking is desirable
- You enjoy cross-departmental teamwork and have a structured and precise way of working
- You have very good German and good English skills
