Activities
- Independent setup, programming, and operation of CNC lathes
- Manufacturing of precise individual parts and small series according to drawings
- Optimizing processes regarding quality improvement, reproducibility, and performance, in exchange with team colleagues
- Initial inspection (quality control) of the manufactured parts
- Active design of the workplace and work environment
- Participation in LEAN management
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic
- Solid experience in CNC turning
- Knowledge in CAD/CAM programming (Siemens NX)
- Experience with DMG lathes is an advantage
