Your Tasks
In this demanding position, you will support the Chief Pharmacist and the hospital pharmacy team in administrative, organizational, and personnel matters and independently carry out the associated tasks. The secretariat is the main point of contact for external inquiries as well as for the hospital pharmacy team. You will independently handle the correspondence, be responsible for meeting management including minute-taking, and write reports. Your responsibilities also include all personnel administrative tasks of the hospital pharmacy as well as the organization of training sessions. Additionally, there is the possibility, depending on suitability, to take on further tasks in the various departments of the hospital pharmacy.
Your Profile
You have training as a pharmaceutical business assistant, chief secretary, pharmaceutical assistant, or druggist with further education in the commercial or secretarial field. You have professional experience in a hospital or another medical field and enjoy taking on challenges. With your loyalty and service orientation, you are a competent contact person for the various areas. You are a team-oriented personality, possess organizational flair, enjoy working independently, and have proficient knowledge of the MS Office suite.
