Job Description

We are looking for a lead operator to manage a collaborative welding robot within our metal framework workshop.

Reporting to the assembly team, the main tasks of this position are:

• Set up the first series and prepare instructions in collaborative mode
• Load the material and start the cobot programmes
• Ensure the monitoring of the parts flow and production
• Control quality and carry out finishing if necessary
• Contribute to the optimisation of the cobot's operation
• Ensure the safety and proper functioning of the installation
• If necessary, be able to provide versatility with other sectors: handling, stud welding, camber and/or assembly

Qualifications

We are looking for someone interested in technology, ideally from the metal construction sector. Naturally autonomous, your logical sense gives you a global understanding of production flows, and you enjoy proposing improvements and optimising work thanks to your curious mind. You communicate clearly and know how to collaborate effectively with different internal teams.

To ensure the technical aspects of the position, you have skills in welding (manual and/or automatic), as well as in computer tools.
