About the job
Your opportunities with us
- You are responsible for the personnel, professional, financial, and organizational management of the Radiology team (4 radiologists, 10 radiology specialists, and 7 administrative staff)
- You further develop our radiology department and shape its future
- You ensure a high level of service quality in your area of responsibility
- Together with your team, you are responsible for providing all radiological examination methods: conventional radiology, fluoroscopy, mammography, sonography, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, as well as interventional radiology, which includes interventional pain therapies, biopsies, drainages, punctures, and arterial and venous vascular interventions
- You actively promote and shape interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
- You optimize processes and are responsible for quality assurance and the training and further education of the team
- You network with referrers, internal and external partners, as well as institutions and authorities
- You participate in interdisciplinary meetings and boards
- You organize the implementation of an on-call service and also share this duty

- You hold an FMH-recognized specialist title in radiology
- You have extensive clinical knowledge; knowledge in neuroradiology, pediatric radiology, and sonography is an advantage
