TRAINING COORDINATOR FIRE BRIGADE 100%
How you can contribute with us
- Support, accompany and plan the deployment of around 300 militia trainers
- Preparation of the annual plan of training offers as well as coordination of course infrastructure, materials and resources
- Ensuring smooth course operations
- Participation in the (further) development of training concepts and course materials
- Didactic preparation of training content as well as ensuring quality and evaluation
- Conducting courses, modules and exercises in your own specialist area
- Participation in the planning, preparation and execution of cantonal large-scale exercises
- Coordination and follow-up of training components in large-scale exercises
- Maintenance of course-relevant data as well as preparation of evaluations and reports
What you bring with you
- Commercial, craft or technical basic training as well as several years of experience in fire brigade instruction and active fire brigade work at management level
- Completed training in adult education (SVEB certificate, trainer FA or equivalent) or willingness to obtain this
- Several years of experience in planning, organising and conducting training as well as coordinating militia or volunteer personnel
- Sound knowledge of the Swiss fire service
- Good knowledge of MS Office and other digital tools
- Strong communication skills and confident manner in dealing with various stakeholders as well as the ability to motivate and connect
- Structured, independent working style with pronounced organisational talent, flexibility, team orientation
