ICT Specialist Support (80%)

We fulfill the dream of cattle breeders in Switzerland and around the world of a healthy and productive herd with many valuable calves. Swissgenetics employs over 350 people throughout Switzerland. Our ICT team in Zollikofen ensures that the digital processes and IT systems reliably support this claim. To strengthen this team, we are looking for committed support.

You are interested in

• first-level support for internal customers.
• actively shaping device management & digital workspace.
• further developing individual and standard solutions.
• independently managing IT projects.

You are familiar with

• ERP and standard software, requirements engineering, and testing.
• service management and the structured implementation of IT initiatives.

You love

• using German and French in everyday life.
• working in a small, committed team and supporting customers with patience and clarity.

You are

• an ICT specialist, business informatics expert, or have a comparable education.
• experienced in support management and collaboration with IT service providers.
• communicative, reliable, eager to learn, and solution-oriented.

You want to

• organize and complete your varied work independently.
• at least 5 weeks of vacation, excellent public transport connections, and parking.
