You will work in a newly established general practice, directly on the German border and just a few minutes from Konstanz.

The general practice forms the independent medical core of a newly realised health centre. You will work as a general practitioner in a clearly structured practice with your own patient base. At the same time, you benefit from the fact that various complementary medical fields are located in the same building. This creates an environment where modern general medicine is sensibly networked with complementary services such as diagnostics, prevention, or other holistic approaches - without diluting your role as a classic general practitioner.

The practice itself is being completely newly established and offers around 350 m² of spacious, modern infrastructure with several consultation and examination rooms, its own diagnostics area, as well as integrated workflows for efficient organisation. The medical infrastructure allows many assessments to be carried out directly on site - from ultrasound to ECG to point-of-care diagnostics. The focus is not on speed but deliberately on the quality of care: with an average of three to four patients per hour, there is enough time for well-founded decisions and personal conversations.

Your tasks:

• General medical care of patients in a modern, newly established practice
• Diagnostics and therapy across the full spectrum of general internal medicine
• Building and developing your own patient base
• Collaboration in a newly forming team with scope for shaping
• Contributing your own ideas to the organisation and further development of the practice
• Cooperation with complementary medical services within the centre

Your competencies:

• Specialist title in General Internal Medicine, General Practitioner, or equivalent qualification (e.g. German specialist in general medicine)
• German language skills at C1 level
• Interest in a long-term position in outpatient care
• Enjoyment of building work and co-creation
• Openness to modern and extended medical concepts
• Team-oriented and responsible working style
