Electrician with Leadership Experience
Responsibilities
- Independently controlling and monitoring the sawing line as well as the production equipment
- Coordinating and leading the team including planning employee deployments
- Monitoring system performance, product quality, and adherence to delivery deadlines
- Active participation in troubleshooting (electrical and mechanical), process optimisation, as well as inspections and maintenance
- Supporting and representing the production manager in the operational area
Requirements
- Electrical or mechanical training with maintenance experience
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; English skills are a plus
- Experienced in using MS Office and motivated to continue professional development
- Leadership experience is an advantage
