Your training at UNITY is:

What you bring with you

• Passion for technology: You are passionate about IT and technology, and new developments awaken your curiosity and a strong affinity for computers/software.
• Willingness to learn: You see challenges as opportunities and are ready to learn continuously. As a sign of this, your report card shines with good grades in mathematics and/or computer science.
• Team spirit: You appreciate teamwork and like to contribute your ideas through your open personality.
• Communication skills: You can communicate complex technical concepts clearly and have good German and English skills.
• You have (soon) successfully obtained your secondary school leaving certificate - higher qualifications are a plus.

• Have already developed some programmes yourself.
• Driving licence class B
• You have an open personality that you like to integrate into the team.
• If you puzzle over a task independently, it does not unsettle you.

What you can look forward to soon

• Training remuneration (gross/month): 1st year €1,050 · 2nd year €1,150 · 3rd year €1,250. Plus €600 gross annually variable upon full target achievement. You discuss your goals with your training supervisor at the beginning of each year. Gross amounts, as of July 2026.
• A trainee group that deserves the name: 12 trainees and dual students from several cohorts. This is not a given in consulting — so there is always someone to learn from.
• Biannual development talks with your supervisor — structured, with written results, not just informal chats.
• Working with modern technology stacks: Modern cloud platforms, the latest technologies in client security and many more.
• Mentoring programme: A fixed contact person from the trainee group from day 1, independent of your training supervisor.
• Professional self-realisation: Actively work on projects and take on tasks independently that match your strengths.
• Regular trainee events e.g. trainee sailing trip, sports events or the joint Libori visit.
