It fosters an administrative culture in which customer orientation and appreciation of employees are central. The social advisory service is looking for a immediate or by arrangement
Your tasks
- independent case management including orientation towards economic social assistance
- advice on social, health, legal and financial matters
- examination and assertion of subsidiary claims
- development and implementation of targeted measures in cooperation with internal and external specialist agencies
- processing and implementation of applications and decisions
Your profile
- completed training in social work (FH or HF) or comparable qualification
- professional experience in social assistance and knowledge of social insurance advantageous
- confident oral and written expression
- empathetic and confident handling of people in demanding and difficult situations
- team-oriented, resilient and integrous personality with a flair for numbers
