Büelriet – The home for elderly people.
Our new care and support center Büelriet offers a private and cozy home for 44 residents. Every day, the entire Büelriet team cares for the residents with great dedication, always with the goal of creating a feeling of being at home for the residents and maintaining their quality of life.
Our employees create a place of appreciation, comfort, and security for the residents through their daily motivated commitment. The personal wishes, needs, and ideas of our residents are the focus, individually considered and integrated.
To complement our care team, we are looking for a motivated and cheerful personality for the day shift, starting immediately or by arrangement.
- Holistic, individual, needs- and resource-oriented care and support of the residents with great warmth based on reference care
- Active shaping of the daily life of the residents considering their individual needs and social environment
- Carrying out medical orders, preparing and administering medications
- Performing administrative tasks and maintaining the electronic care documentation EasyDoK
- Completed training as a nursing specialist FaGe or an equivalent qualification with Swiss recognition
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage • motivation and passion to work in a long-term care institution
- Commitment, empathy, and the desire to take responsibility and contribute
- You maintain an appreciative and respectful interaction with residents, relatives, and colleagues
- Strong social skills, independent and self-reliant working style, flexibility, and openness to change
- A positive and reliable attitude to life that conveys trust and security
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Knowledge of BESA and EasyDok is also desirable
