To complement our team, we are looking for a Process Engineer 80-100% (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement. Main workplaces: Müllheim-Wigoltingen (TG) at Schweizerische Schälmühle E. Zwicky AG as well as Goldach (SG), Schwarzenbach (SG), and Stein am Rhein (SH). Your mission:
You love it when processes run smoothly and when a product is created at the end that excites people? Then you are exactly right with us. You optimize workflows and ensure that quality and efficiency go hand in hand. Your main tasks:
- Analysis and optimization of existing production processes considering quality, sustainability, and economic efficiency
  • Further development of existing business processes
  • Support of investment and digitization projects (from idea to implementation)
  • Partial responsibility for the implementation of strategic projects
Your profile:
- You have a degree in food technology or a comparable education (e.g., as a mill technician SMS). - You bring solid expertise as well as practical experience in optimizing processes in the food industry and have already gained initial experience in leading a production team. - You have very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good PC skills; knowledge of French is an advantage.
  • You have a pronounced analytical thinking ability, a hands-on mentality, and a strong team spirit, thus contributing decisively to joint success.
  • You are willing to travel occasionally between the different locations.
