The Special Educational School Center (HPSZ): one school - four locations. We teach and support our students from kindergarten age to school exit holistically and individually. Our diverse educational offerings enable good academic, social, and personal development. For HPSZ Olten, we are looking for a location school leader, 80-100%, starting 1.10.2025 or by agreement. Your Responsibilities
Your Profile
  • You take over the operational and strategic management
  • For this exciting and demanding task, we are looking for a personality with pronounced design will and high presentation competence for the Olten location, pedagogically, personally, and operationally.
  • You develop the Olten location with around 250 employees further and promote collaboration between different stakeholders. - Your profile includes a university degree in social education in special education, social sciences, educational management, or an equivalent qualification as well as a deep understanding of modern teaching and learning methods. - As a location leader, you implement the cantonal mandate, promote innovative educational approaches, and drive positive school development forward.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in the special education field as well as a high level of communication and conflict resolution skills are advantageous. - You participate in various projects such as the implementation of the cantonal service planning and in the HPSZ school leadership conference. - You have several years of experience in management and possess business management knowledge. - You will receive support in your activities from the fourth area management and an experienced administrative team. - A sense of responsibility, knowledge in organizational development, a high level of commitment, resilience, flexibility, and the necessary pinch of humor round off your profile.
