What you will achieve with us
- Evidence-based advice, training and care for adults with all types of diabetes, both outpatient and inpatient
- Interprofessional collaboration with endocrinologists/diabetologists, medical staff, nursing professionals and nutritional counselling
- Assistance with internal projects, guidelines and training
What you bring with you
- Specialist in diabetes counselling HFP or qualified nurse HF/FH, DN II or AKP with additional CAS-Diabetes counselling or HöFa 1 Diabetes counselling training
- You are a flexible, committed and independently working individual
- You know how to organise your workday independently and prioritise tasks accordingly, even under high workload
- You are a team player and enjoy working directly with our patients and value good interprofessional collaboration
