About the job

We are a real estate service company headquartered in Immensee (SZ) and part of the C. Vanoli Group. To strengthen our motivated team, we are looking for a team leader in finance immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Leading the accounting team, the secretariat, and the apprentices
• Independent management of accounting for rental properties and condominium owner associations
• Financial accounting for various real estate companies
• Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Management of rent collection and dunning processes
• Responsibility for creditor processes and caretaker billing (wages and social benefits)
• Responsibility for the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements as well as VAT returns
• Optimization of processes and workflows in financial and property accounting
• Close cooperation with property management and executive management

Qualification / Profile:

• Several years of experience in accounting and property accounting, ideally with leadership experience
• Precise, independent, and structured way of working
• Experience with RIMO R5 or comparable accounting/ERP systems is an advantage
• Leadership skills, communication ability, and team orientation
