The care center Ennetsee is located in the heart of Cham yet in a quiet environment. Thanks to the homely furnishings, the care center radiates a warm atmosphere.
With 90 beds for moderately to severely dependent residents over 4 floors, the care center has a manageable size, so that residents and guests never feel lost, but always personally cared for and well looked after.
To support us, we are looking for a motivated, cheerful leadership personality in a deputy position starting November 1, 2025, or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- You are jointly responsible for a care department with approximately 14 residents
- You contribute and work in the interdisciplinary team
- Active participation in care is also part of your responsibilities
- Assisting in the coordination and monitoring of daily activities
- Ensuring complete and up-to-date care documentation
- Assisting in the goal-oriented leadership and development of staff according to professional, social, and economic principles
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, care, and training regulations
- Jointly responsible for the implementation of care concepts and guidelines in the department
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified health professional EFZ or diploma nurse HF
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care
- Enjoyment in dealing with elderly people
- Team-oriented, empathetic, and resilient personality with high social competence
- Organizational skills and communication skills
- Strong quality and service awareness
- Solid office skills
- RAI-NH coordinator desirable (we have already switched to InterRAI LTCF)
