What it's about
- You are responsible for the sales of our sophisticated service portfolio in the field of Enterprise Information Management (EIM) with a special focus on customer communication in the area of document- and data-driven business processes and bear revenue responsibility in this regard.
- In addition to selling the standard ECM software of the world market leader IBM, you are also responsible for selling other proprietary complementary solutions.
- You manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing. The main focus is on proactive acquisition and winning new customers. You competently advise potential new customers, submit and negotiate offers, prepare contract conclusions, and carry them out with consistent determination.
- Another task will be to take care of our existing customers.
- With your commitment, you will significantly shape the growth course of Enterprise Content Management at CENIT (Switzerland) AG.
What you bring
- Completed engineering degree or a comparable qualification
- You have more than 10 years of sales experience in the software industry, preferably in the areas of Enterprise Content Management, Enterprise Information Management, and Business Process Management.
- Terms like 360-degree customer communication, process handling, file management, application modernization, and migration are part of your everyday vocabulary.
- You enjoy customer communication and like to approach potential new customers to identify new opportunities in an initial conversation.
- Affinity for new customer business, "hunter mentality," and a deep understanding of customer needs characterize you.
- Besides being team-oriented, you bring analytical thinking, a structured and independent working style, an innovative mindset, and a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness.
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written, as well as willingness to travel accordingly – French skills would be an additional advantage
