Your Responsibility
- Processing the various damage platforms eService4 and EC2
- Conducting video assessments in real time, creating repair calculations
- Determining the repair method and assessing the damage quantitatively
- Negotiations with policyholders, injured parties, and repair shops
- Assessment of coverage as well as handling of operational liability damage cases
- Checking cost estimates and repair invoices, diminished value and chômage claims
- Evaluating young and classic cars
- Participation in hail Drive-Inn
- Work location is flexible to discuss (Basel, St. Gallen, Givisiez, Lausanne)
Your Qualification
- Certificate of competence as an automotive mechatronics technician, car mechanic, bodywork panel beater, or a comparable basic training
- Further training with a federal specialist certificate, as well as several years of practical professional experience in customer service, as a workshop manager or operations manager
- High personal responsibility and good assertiveness, as well as high flexibility in dealing with different stakeholders
- Outgoing personality and negotiation skills
- High customer orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Independent working style as well as the competence to make decisions and represent them objectively and factually
- Proficient use of MS Office and repair applications
- Fluent German skills, Italian and French skills are an advantage
