Do you want to learn on the ground and contribute to optimizing our production workshops? Several Production Engineer Intern / Continuous Improvement positions are available starting January/February 2026 at our Sonceboz-Sombeval and Boncourt sites, within our various production units.

Proposed internship topics:
Topic 1: Maintenance and reliability of production equipment
- Ensure the reliability of machines and production equipment.
- Optimize maintenance procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance the performance of maintenance activities.
Topic 2: Production optimization
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects to increase productivity and quality of production lines.
- Analyze and improve Cycle Times and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of assembly lines.
- Implement SMED projects to reduce changeover times between productions (series changes, startups/stops).
Topic 3: New production lines, layout projects, and new workshops
- Participate in the setup of new production workshops.
- Study flows, layout, and ergonomics of workstations.
- Integrate new assembly lines into the workshop.
