The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel located at an altitude of 1,800m in the Grisons mountains. As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection", our hotel offers 128 individually designed rooms, suites, and mountain lofts, as well as four stylish restaurants – including the gourmet highlight La Brezza with 19 points in Gault Millau & two Michelin stars – and an impressive 5,000 m² spa mountain oasis, designed by Mario Botta.

🎯 YOUR PROFILE
Completed training in the hospitality industry
Professional experience in 5-star hotels desired
Fluent German and English skills are required, any additional language is an advantage
Team player, responsible, and flexible
Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
Empathetic and discreet personality as well as service-oriented appearance
📄 YOUR TASKS
Check-in and check-out of hotel guests
Creating and editing the guest database in "Protel"
Completion of all administrative tasks at the front office
Ensuring a smooth operation of the morning and evening shifts in the team
Sales and acceptance of room reservations
