Surface Coater / Electroplater 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a committed individual to manage the electroplating systems:

• Independent operation and supervision of the electroplating systems

• Responsibility for the correct execution of electroplating processes

• Supervision and control of chemical baths

• Monitoring and adjustment of chemical parameters

• Execution and monitoring of pre- and post-treatment

• Ensuring consistent and high product quality

• Identifying and resolving process deviations and malfunctions

• Proper handling of chemicals as well as their storage and disposal

• Conducting bath analyses and necessary inspections

• Compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations

• Documentation of relevant process and quality data

• Assisting with maintenance, care, and optimisation of systems and processes

• Close collaboration with colleagues from production and quality assurance

What do I need to be successful?

• Training or professional experience in electroplating, surface treatment, or chemistry

• Ideally several years of practical experience in electroplating

• Good knowledge of handling electroplating systems and chemical processes

• Confident and responsible handling of chemicals

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity

• Independent and reliable working style

• Strong quality awareness

• Good German language skills

• Enjoyment in taking responsibility for your own specialist area
