The Operational Risk Engineering department is part of the Risk business unit and drives the continuous development of the Operational Risk Management Framework of Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB). Together with other departments, we analyze new internal and regulatory requirements and implement methods, processes, and systems in collaboration with IT. Our team is also responsible for the professional operation of the OpRisk and IKS management systems.
Your tasks
- As an Operational Risk Business Analyst, you are responsible for developing, documenting, and operationalizing OpRisk requirements.
- In close cooperation with internal and external partners, IT teams, and project staff, you represent the interests of the Operational Risk Management area.
- You analyze regulatory adjustments and implement them together with specialists from various departments.
- You accompany projects from the idea to final implementation and also take on the professional management of subprojects.
Your profile
- Advanced professional diploma or university degree
- Two to seven years of professional experience in Operational Risk Management, Compliance, or Audit in the financial industry (banking, insurance, or consulting)
- Solid knowledge in documenting business requirements, ideally complemented by experience in agile projects
- Experience in implementing GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) systems and/or ServiceNow is a plus
- You convince with strong analytical skills and are able to identify professional requirements and map them conceptually
- You are an implementation-strong, resilient, and independent personality who likes to take initiative and is open to change
- You communicate confidently and professionally with colleagues and stakeholders
- Negotiation skills in German and English complete your profile
