In the heart of the city of Zurich, the residential homes in Seefeld offer living and life space at various locations for adults with cognitive or multiple disabilities.

For the Mainaustrasse location, where people with various disabilities live, we are looking for a

Night Shift Employee (approx. 40%)

From 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

On average, you will take responsibility for our residents during eight to ten nights per month. You remain awake throughout the night and care for our residents. In the event of emergencies or incidents, you assess the situation and intervene according to the emergency regulations. If needed or on behalf of the day team, you take on nursing and care tasks during the night, conduct patrol rounds, and administer medication as prescribed. Working hours are from 9:30 pm to 7:30 am, and on weekends and public holidays from 9:30 pm to 8:30 am.

Ideally, you have a nursing (FASRK, FaGe) and/or educational (FaBe) qualification and are committed to the well-being of our residents with their diverse disabilities and challenges.
