Job Description
- Welcome and register guests ensuring their requests are met
- Ensure to provide exceptional service quality in line with the hotel's policies and procedures
- Prepare and collect invoices upon guests' departure
- Handle foreign currency exchange
- Take reservations for rooms and suites
- Manage room changes as needed
- Follow up promptly on any guest requests or complaints
- Prepare arrivals for the next day for individual guests and groups
- Provide information on hotel services and rates
- Close the day and verify the accuracy of various accounting operations: billing, collections, statistical reports…
- Prepare daily statistical and accounting reports (occupancy rate, average price…)
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar establishment
- Trilingual in French, English, Italian
- Knowledge of Opera
- Ability to work in a close-knit team
- Excellent presentation, welcoming attitude, and very good interpersonal skills
- Good verbal expression, politeness, and courtesy
- Flexibility regarding working hours
