Warehouse Logistics Coordinator 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You support the shift supervisor and take over their operational tasks as needed

• You coordinate goods receipt, order picking, and loading, and manage truck movements on the company premises

• As a qualified logistics specialist with a federal certificate (EFZ), you load trucks yourself with the forklift and assist your colleagues with advice and practical help in their daily tasks

• You handle customer returns according to internal guidelines and, together with the warehouse logistics team, ensure order and cleanliness on the company premises

• You assist with warehouse checks and inventories, thus ensuring compliance with high quality standards

• You are at the heart of daily operations and ensure the flow of information to all involved parties

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic training as a logistics specialist EFZ

• At least 5 years of professional experience in warehouse logistics

• PC skills and confident use of Office programmes

• Strong organisational talent that keeps a cool head even in hectic times

• Solution-oriented and responsible working style

• Good comprehension and quick recognition of connections

• Ideally valid training as a dangerous goods officer and/or safety assistant

• Perfect German skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage

• Willingness to work shifts in a 2-shift system from 05:00 to 22:00
