Your Tasks
- Strengthening the team due to the expansion of the acute geriatric services (especially complex therapies)
- Professional care of patients
- Close collaboration in the interprofessional team (physicians, nursing professionals, physiotherapy staff, occupational therapy, case management, and nutritional counseling)
- Maintaining contact with nearby nursing homes and willingness for liaison services
- Integration into the internal medicine team and participation in the corresponding leadership services
- Supervision and support in the training of assistant physicians in internal medicine as well as with a focus on geriatrics
Your Profile
- Specialist title in General Internal Medicine
- Focus on Geriatrics or nearing completion
- Experience in the medical basic care of elderly, multimorbid individuals
- High service orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration and empathetic interaction with patients and staff
